Yoga for Health and Wellbeing, something for everyone
Gentle Yoga

Suitable for those with less flexibility
Aimed at those over 55 years of age looking for a slower class, but with the emphasis still on the breath, postures and relaxation. There is no upper age limit and all are welcomed, whatever your experience or level of fitness
Mixed Ability

Hatha Yoga for all ages and abilities
A class suitable for all whatever your level of fitness, experience or age. Classes focus on the breath, postures and relaxation
Chair Yoga

For those with chronic health conditions or reduced mobility
For those wanting a more gentle style of yoga or who have a health condition which prevents them attending a traditional yoga class. We use chairs to assist with standing and sitting postures and again we focus on the breath and relaxation.
