All the courses offered are based on the Oxford Mindfulness Centre (OMC)/Oxford University curriculum which is evidence based, and taught by an OMC trained mindfulness teacher.  Courses are in person and online

Gentle Yoga

Suitable for those looking for a slower paced class that still offers some challenge

For those looking for a slower class, but with the emphasis still on the breath, postures and relaxation. There is no upper age limit and all are welcomed, whatever your experience or level of fitness Classes are held on Wednesdays in Haddenham & Fairford Leys

Mixed Ability

Suitable for all whatever your level of fitness, experience or age.
Classes focus on the breath, postures and relaxation. Tuesday evening class in Haddenham

Chair Yoga

For those with chronic health conditions or reduced mobility

For those with mobiliy issues wanting or with a health condition which prevents them attending a traditional yoga class. We use chairs to assist with standing and sitting postures and again we focus on the breath and relaxation. Wednesday class in Woodcote & coming to Haddenham June 2022
